1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WeThere application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

WeThere is an AI-powered photo generation app that creates realistic travel selfie images based on photos you upload and destinations you choose. The App uses third-party AI services to generate these images.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Upload photos of individuals without their consent

- Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or harassing content

- Attempt to circumvent the credit system, security measures, or usage limits

- Use the generated images for fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.

5. Credits and Payments

WeThere uses a consumable credit system. Credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Each successful image generation costs one credit. Credits do not expire.

If an image generation fails due to a technical error, no credit is deducted. Refunds for purchased credits are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, brand, and all related materials are the intellectual property of WeThere and its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You own the AI-generated images created from your photos and may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested image.

7. AI-Generated Content

Images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and may not be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated image. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or distribute the images generated through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App and all generated content are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeThere and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, generated images, and remaining credits. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
